Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti

Dr. Kwame Obeng Nti is a development planner and monitoring, evaluation and learning expert with over 20 years of experience in project planning and management — eleven of them focused on monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management. He has worked in various capacities on programmes funded by leading international development organisations across education, health, water and sanitation, agriculture, the green economy, SME development and sustainable livelihoods.

His portfolio includes the Ghana Poverty Reduction Project (I and II), the Urban Poverty Reduction Project and the Integrated Rural Development Project, where he served as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Kwame holds a PhD in Planning and an MSc in Development Policy and Planning, with deep hands-on expertise in strategic plans, concept notes, project proposals, M&E frameworks and theories of change. A strong analyst, communicator and team player, he is fluent in the Microsoft Office suite and statistical packages such as IBM SPSS.
