Gideon Quartey Obeng is a community engagement, monitoring and evaluation expert with ten years of experience. He provides clients with planning and development-management services, project monitoring and evaluation, inter-disciplinary research, social inclusion and capacity building, all focused on sustainable outcomes.

He has strong command of evaluation research design — including qualitative and quantitative impact-evaluation methods, data collection, analysis and report writing — and has worked on projects funded by the Government of Ghana, the World Bank, USADF (in Burundi), Water Health International, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Kosmos Energy, Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Huawei Technologies, reporting on effectiveness, relevance, impact and sustainability to the highest professional standards.
